The authorities spent weeks searching a Wisconsin lake for the man’s body before discovering that he had moved money into a foreign bank account and had been communicating with a woman in Uzbekistan.
Bruce’s Legacy, a nonprofit organization that searches for drowning victims, was called in to help find Ryan Borgwardt’s body in Green Lake in Wisconsin after he was reported missing in August.
The monkeys escaped after a worker at a research center left an enclosure unlocked. One monkey was captured Saturday, and another 24 on Sunday, while the rest remain at large.
