Vice President JD Vance made the comments while traveling in India, hours after Secretary of State Marco Rubio pulled out of planned cease-fire talks in London on Wednesday.
“We’ve issued a very explicit proposal to both the Russians and the Ukrainians, and it’s time for them to either say yes or for the United States to walk away from this process,” Vice President JD Vance said on Wednesday in India.
