Burgum doubles down on blaming vandals for reflecting pool woes

The interior secretary rebuffed the idea that the president's motorcade ride over the unfinished pool may have damaged it.

Without outside interference, Doug Burgum said, the sealant “would never just, like, peel off or fall off.”
