Mayor Eric Adams is backing former Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo in the mayor’s race and plans to campaign with him, in hopes of slowing the momentum of Zohran Mamdani, the Democratic nominee and front-runner.
After the final mayoral debate ended on Wednesday, Andrew Cuomo went directly to Madison Square Garden to greet Mayor Eric Adams at the New York Knicks game.
